The Menu Degustation is served at 6 noon and consists of 6 dishes, created and inspired by our chef and based on Santorini’s local produce and fresh fish supplied daily by our own fishmonger.
The courses are harmoniously accompanied by six of the Winery’s special wines.
Our trained staff will inform you about their characteristics and how these wines were chosen for their quality, distinctiveness and compatibility with each dish.
Duration of meal is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
